Had a wonderful Xmas holiday! the staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. the hotel had beautiful gardens and a fantastic pool with plenty of sunbeds to relax and enjoy the sun. the breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of food to choose from, and the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the area. We also loved the spa, which was both clean and affordable.
It was a great experience overall and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit this destination.

Staff were all very friendly and all spoke very good English. Room was spacious and clean. Bar and restaurant prices not too bad when compared to the local area. Location is fine as it is away from the rowdy areas, near some nice bars and restaurants, but also a short walk / taxi ride to the madness of Legian Street.

We found the hotel to be very clean and service was excellent, This is the first time my husband and I have been to Bali, we stayed at the hotel for 6 nights, next time I hope to spend more time at the hotel itself.

The hotel's location was ideal, just a stone's throw from the beach and surrounded by a variety of shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The hotel's pool was a real highlight, with plenty of loungers and gorgeous views of the surrounding area.
The breakfast buffet was a bit of a letdown. Some of the cooked food seemed like it had been sitting out for too long, and the coffee was quite bitter.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just across from the ocean, giving me easy access to the beach. The front restaurant had a great selection of food and I enjoyed dining there. The service was exceptional, with room service available 24/7 and the staff always ready to assist me with anything I needed. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable sitting area, balcony, and in-room safe. I also appreciated the on-site car park and the free Wi-Fi provided. The swimming pool was stunning, and I loved relaxing by the poolside with a refreshing drink from the bar. The spa and wellness centre offered a variety of treatments, and I indulged in a relaxing massage. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
This venue is highly recommended for families looking for a memorable vacation.

The friendly accommodating staff!!
On the first visit we were given single beds and also close to the lobby so it was a bit noisy!!However when we went away and returned 5 days later the staff made sure we had an excellent room and went out of their way to make us comfortable

During my recent stay, I was pleasantly surprised by how conveniently located the hotel was. the front restaurant was a great spot to people watch and was just a short stroll away from all the tourist spots. the beach was easily accessible and very safe. Coming in on a late night flight, it was a relief to be so close to the airport. My room had a lovely view of the pool, which was well maintained. the service provided by the staff was fantastic and the breakfast had a great selection of food. the only downside was the bathroom which could use a bit more attention.

From check-in to departure all requests were dealt with in a friendly and timely manner. We got to know some of the staff and service was excellent at all times. The Hotel is in an ideal position being a short walk to Kuta and to department stores with Discovery Plaza accross the road. This is the second time we have stayed here and the recently refurbished rooms are great. Good breakfast selection.

I loved the friendly staff who always greeted me by name and arranged a lift to the airport. The pool was the perfect size and there were shaded areas with umbrellas. The massages were amazing and well priced. The location was ideal, with plenty of kid-friendly shops, restaurants, and water parks nearby.
